A Spirit of Faith and Trust

Late one evening I was searching through books, scrolling faster than my eyes could possibly comprehend, even a word. My scrolling became faster and faster, senseless, and then I suddenly stopped. This is where I found myself: “May God day by day fill you more and more with such a spirit of faith and trust.”

Were these words for me? How could it be, this book was published in 1877. Yet it seemed to be by design that I came across this passage. I paused in my quest, taking the time to read the words, reading on purpose.

Self Love Tips

Earlier that evening I listened to a few minutes of the news. Tragic things, and warnings for our safety. Is it good for us to instill fear into our lives when it’s not about our own lives?

That emotional thread lingered on into the night. But that heavy-hearted feeling came to an end when I found this passage from a book written over 130 years prior.

Where do our thoughts take us? To the creation and memories of our experiences. Those experiences, that is what we treasure, as spirit in this physical realm.

“More and more.” What do you fill your live with? The cumulative effect of love, or an abundance of stress?

There is no question about it: time is spent, and can never be regained. But in the end it seems that we are meant to leave this life so much richer than when we entered this world.

“With such a spirit”. This is the key, to live life with such a spirit.

Time and time again, I have watched clients shift from a challenging perspective into one that is soul-centered, rich with the spirit of faith and trust. This shift comes about as their energy unravels the conflict, and renews with their soul-felt purpose. Have faith and trust, that your own choices were the best choice you could have made, with what you had to work with.

With such a spirit

These simple words were a wonderful blessing, something worthy of sharing with others, but also with yourself. Take the time to appreciate both good times and challenges in life. Cherish the ability to make choices, day by day. Appreciate the chance to remember, live, and grow, more and more, with such a spirit of faith and trust.
