Self Love Tips – Begin Again

Sometimes situations happen in our lives that we don’t anticipate, and cannot predict. Those events can be serendipitous, meaning “happy mistakes”, or they can be a tragedy, at least within our own vision. We had one such tragic event here at Self Love Tips when our database corrupted last June, and we found even our backup was lost. What more could we do than begin again?

Times when everything “falls apart”

It’s an amazing experience, to have something that is so much a part of your life change in a way that was unexpected. It’s easy to get wrapped up in a belief that something or someone will always be there, or will always be a certain way. Most often we don’t even give thought to how much we depend on the world around us being a certain way.

So we begin again at Self Love Tips

Self Love Tips

That is life: A moment comes and dies away, and we can get carried away lingering on any given moment, sometimes losing site of life itself. This is the story behind Self Love Tips, to restore the focus not on what we create but on the creator. This is where life exists, within the soul, spirit, being, or whatever else we want to call it. It is within that creator role that we find our truth and our answers.

And we begin again.

Seasons come about with their own burst of creative energy, and we accept them as they are. Soon enough the snow melts to give way to spring. We have to let go of what was in order to have “what will be”, but before anyone gets too sentimental let’s bring light to our wisdom. We can learn and grow from our past, the cumulative knowledge and experience that we cultivate so that we do not need to keep repeating the same thing over and over.

This is the beauty of our human experience, to live in the midst of what we have learned and what we know, but also to live this moment for itself, with a sense of freshness. Life doesn’t always give us signs or fair warning, and we’re not often prepared for a turn of events, but then sometimes our life changes can bring us a chance for an introspective view and renewal of our vision and intent.

Welcome to, and for those who have been here and return, welcome back. Please share your stories, your ideas, and your requests, we want to hear from you.
